David Allison
David developed his early works as a landscape painter and currently is painting abstract works using acrylic mediums on specialized paper.
Most recent works although at first glance appear to be abstract do contain within them, elements of the narrative and figuration.
The works are built up in a series of layers of paint which is applied with brushes, appliances and hand made tools worked at on the studio floor.
David has had many solo exhibitions in the UK and also has works in private international collections.
