Adam is a semi-abstract, modern painter, with a loose painterly style. His work is often quite large, and the frame deep. Relating to an interest in the limen, threshold or boundary. Environmental concerns inspire much of his work.
The finished paintings are semi-sculptural and both the frame and the ‘central imagery’ are seen as partners towards an overall sensation.
